Welcome to your lakeside retreat on the picturesque shores of Lake Nokomis! This charming home offers everything you need for a memorable getaway. The kitchen, dining and living room boast an open main floor plan with laundry and 3 bedrooms great for lounging with the entire group/ family. The master bedroom has an expanded layout with king size bed and laundry in the bathroom. There are two more bedrooms on the main floor which have queen beds. The enclosed deck has a queen sized futon that can easily sleep 2 more guests. Another bedroom can be found downstairs with a queen size bed and a twin bed. The downstairs living area has two more twin size beds and a queen size futon, as well as a couch. The living area has a TV and CD/DVD player and a collection of movies to enjoy for all ages. There is also a second refrigerator/ freezer in the basement area. The house can sleep 14-15 people.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
