The home is located on Lake Mohawksin which is a full recreation lake with great fishing, several public boat launches, public beaches, and boat-up restaurants. The property owners retain use of the lake frontage for their friends and family but have made a pier available for your use to dock your boat. The most convenient boat launch is the SARA park launch directly across the lake. There is also a public beach at SARA Park.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
