Inside, the bright, open kitchen and living area features large windows, abundant natural light, and beautiful water views. Multiple gathering spaces—including a separate lower-level entertainment area—give everyone plenty of room to relax, gather, and spread out.
Step outside and enjoy the waterfront deck, private dock, outdoor seating, grill, and firepit. The home sits along a quiet, no-wake section of the chain, making it ideal for swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, or simply relaxing by the water. A nearby public boat launch makes it easy to bring your own boat and keep it right at the dock during your stay.
One of the best features of Eagle River Landing is its location. Downtown Eagle River is within walking distance, putting restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, ice cream, shopping, and seasonal events just minutes away. You’ll also be close to beaches, golf, hiking, biking, miniature golf, and countless ways to explore the Northwoods.
When winter arrives, the fun continues with easy access to snowmobile trails, ice fishing, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, skating, and sledding.
Whether you’re spending your days exploring the chain, relaxing on the waterfront, gathering around the fire, or walking downtown for dinner, Eagle River Landing gives you the space, setting, and location to enjoy everything Eagle River has to offer.
A complimentary starter kit is included with essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and hand soap. If you need more during your stay, additional supplies can be easily found at nearby stores.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Welcome! We’re Tom and Jin, and we’re excited to share our Eagle River home with you. We chose this property because it combines two things we love most about Eagle River—being right on the Eagle River Chain of Lakes and being close enough to walk downtown. We hope you’ll enjoy slow mornings by the water, relaxing days exploring the Northwoods, and the convenience of walking into town for coffee, shopping, ice cream, and great restaurants. In the winter, Eagle River takes on a whole new charm, with snowmobiling and plenty of other seasonal activities nearby. Our goal is simple: to create a comfortable place where families and friends can slow down, spend time together, have fun, and make lasting memories.
