Inside, the side entry opens into a convenient laundry room and mudroom, thoughtfully designed for lake days and winter adventures. Coming in from the lake? Leave the dirt and snowpants right where they belong. There's even a custom dog bath for four-legged family members after a day exploring the woods or enjoying the lake.
The spacious kitchen is designed for gathering, with a large island offering meal-prep space and seating for four. It features a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with filtered water and ice.
The great room is the heart of the home, with a large dining table seating up to 10, comfortable furnishings, a TV, and a cozy gas fireplace. Just off the dining area, the three-season porch provides another comfortable gathering space with beautiful views of the woods and lake.
When the weather is right, take the gathering outside to the raised deck, where a dining table and chairs comfortably seat eight. It's a great spot for morning coffee, family meals, or an evening under the stars.

The main level includes a convenient powder room, a spacious primary bedroom with a walk-in closet and custom-tiled shower, and a second guest bedroom with a full bathroom and double vanity.
Downstairs, the family room offers plenty of space to relax and entertain, with a large sectional, TV, Pop-A-Shot basketball game, books, board games, a bar and beverage refrigerator, and another table perfect for dining, puzzles, or game night.
The lower level also features a full bathroom, two additional guest bedrooms, and a dedicated bunkroom with sleeping space for up to seven children—making this home especially well suited for families and groups traveling together.
We’ll start you off with basic supplies such as a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, and paper towels. To make your stay more enjoyable, we recommend stocking up on groceries and extra provisions on your way in so you can relax right away.

The water just off the pier is known for excellent panfishing, making it a particularly great spot for kids and beginning anglers. You don't even need a boat to enjoy it!

Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
About the Owner
A Little Family History This property has been part of our family for nearly 80 years. The original home was built by two brothers, Art and Gil, who worked factory jobs in Milwaukee during the 1930s and 1940s and dreamed of owning a piece of the Northwoods. In the 1970s, Art met Sean’s grandmother, Edith, and introduced the O’Connell family to the magic of St. Germain. The family continued to care for and enjoy the property for generations. In 2008, Sean and Kendra even got engaged right here on the pier. Sadly, the original home developed structural issues and gradually became uninhabitable by 2011. After the passing of Sean’s father and grandmother, Sean and Kendra decided it was time to begin a new chapter. They created plans for a home designed to welcome their family and friends for generations to come. We’ve loved bringing our own kids to the place where we fell in love, and we hope you’ll feel the history, heart, and special connection to this property during your stay.
